Test System Solutions (TSS) is a platform-based Automated Test Systems engineering company, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Marlborough, MA. We began in test software — the code that drives automated test systems — and grew into a turn-key ATE solutions provider.

By the early 2020s, we had delivered enough custom test systems to see the same pattern in all of them: the same rack architecture reworked from scratch, the same documentation rebuilt, the same engineering cost paid a second and third time. To eliminate this unnecessary reinvention, we developed the CORE 360 ATE Platform, with the Foundation Rack providing a proven base to accelerate development, reduce risk, and create a faster path to a fully integrated test system.
